Blueberries Cake

Blueberries are not exactly typical in our kitchens. They just recently started to be more planted in our farms and used in our recipes. After having blueberries pancakes since we started to get delivery for this gems through HELPCA, I wanted to bake something delicious with them and this is what we made in our kitchen. Ingredients

One medium loaf


Directions

  1. Mix the milk and vinegar.

  2. Dust blueberries with a bit of flour.

  3. Mix dry ingredients together very well.

  4. Mix wet ingredients together.

  5. Add wet to dry and mix well.

  6. Fold in your blueberries.

  7. Grease a loaf pan and bake on medium temperature ( 350F) for 1 hour.
