This is my favorite vegan & gluten free version of this amazing dessert. It's probably one of the most popular desserts in all the ticas grandmas menu. Super fast and easy to make and can stay in the fridge for a few days without a problem. We eat it warm when is fresh made and then keep it in the fridge covered and have it cold, by itself or with toppings like nuts or fresh fruits as a dessert.
