Important changes to make our services better!

First and foremost, we want to thank all of our HELPCA community for their support for the last 10 months of our operations. Together we supported over 70 farmers and artisans, fed 200 families in needs thanks to our partnership with Costa Ballena Disaster Relief and planted 500 trees in partnership with CloudBridge foundation. We started to respond to a crisis and it is time to evolve to make our service sustainable long term. 2021 started with the move to a more permanent packing facility from our founder's home to a dedicated space that will allow to create efficiencies and better packing conditions.

Starting next week, we are implementing 2 more changes: 1. We are evolving the Ojochal flexible pick up point from the house of our founder to Pancito Cafe in Ojochal. This spot is right next to the 34, with a large parking lot in front! Pancito Cafe is a well known business in Ojochal and its owners have always been supporting the community! We thank them for opening their space to us.

2. We are refocusing our delivery schedule to a single day, Wednesday. After opening two days delivery, we still have 90%+ of our weekly orders on Wednesdays. To ensure utmost quality service and operations, starting next week, all customers from Ojochal, Uvita, Dominical, Platanillos, Tinamaste and San Isidro customers will be served that day. We are still pleased to serve other cities and will define with each customer the best delivery possibility. Order by MIDNIGHT Monday night for Wednesday delivery, do not worry if you order after your order will be in the queue for the next week. In the coming months, we will continue to update our delivery modalities to facilitate access to the HELPCA local farmers and artisans products, stay tuned !
